Morning!

What a beautiful greeting I received this morning when I went into Kate's room to get her out of her crib. She was standing and smiled at me and said "Morning!" I said "Good morning Katie!" Sean and Kate and I were up a little ahead of Daddy since he was up late last night with Sean.

Naps went well today. Sean took his morning and afternoon naps without mush fuss. Kate took her afternoon nap at the same time as Sean's so Chris and I were able to relax and bit, watch the McLaughlin Report and listen to some music. Our little guy Sean woke up first and he is as stated many times already a little tank crawling over every obstacle to reach his goal. He usually is heading for an electric cord or cable or outlet. He did great today drinking formula mixed with breast milk.

We went to the supermarket and Kate rode in the car that sits in front of the cart. Daddy gave her parsley to play with and she enjoys mutilating the 'flower'. In the car on the way home she kept saying "Hi Guys" to Chris and I. It sounds adorable.

We returned home in time for dinner. Sean ate vegetables that I mixed together and pureed. Kate ate the peas out of her veggies and snacked on sliced turkey breast. When bedtime came she fell right asleep as usual. What will the night be like for Sean? It is hard to predict. We have him weaning and sleeping in his own crib at the same time. I worry it is too many changes at once, but sleeping in bed with me without nursing is impossible. Each morning I worry that he will give me a dirty look for all of the changes that we are putting him through but he still seems so happy to see me. That smile on our baby Sean is enough to light up the world.
