Walk Baby Walk!

This morning after a nice breakfast and some music and dancing Daddy Left for work. Kate and Sean and I were in the living room coloring and looking at books. Sean pulled himself up on me and I reached out and took his hands. He seemed very steady so I let go and he balanced himself well then took a couple of steps towards me. He started laughing and was obviously thrilled and proud of himself. Kate was excited to watch and started saying "Walk Baby Walk!!! I held Sean out and again he took a couple of steps towards me before falling and laughing. It was so much fun and so cute and exciting! All three of us were laughing and delighted. Katie said "Cute baby".

We went out this afternoon and did some shopping. As we pulled out of the garage Kate yelled "Do it!". We went to a few stores. I had Sean in the Baby Bjorn and Kate in the stroller. It is great to see all of the smiles on the faces of strangers that I am usually not privy too, but having these babies opens a lot of friendly doors. They bring so much joy and not just to Chris and I. The cashier at Bed Bath and Beyond was so thrilled with Sean's warm smile and she couldn't keep from touching him, which caused him to laugh. An older man greeted us with a big smile as we went into Target... "You have your hands full" is what everyone says and I just reply that they are full of so much joy. Thank you babies! Thank you Chris!
