The weekend come and gone. We took a Saturday drive in the car looking at houses. Sean had a big lunch of an entire avocado and formula. I guess the drive and the food did him in and he threw up in exorcist style. We went back home, gave the boy a bath, cleaned the car and seat, and he was ready to go! Meanwhile, Kate is suddenly screaming and crying from the laundry room. She had fluid running down her face and a bottle of oxyclean in her hand. She must have pointed the bottle at herself and released the liquid. We washed her face and eyes and calmed her down and were ready to go. It was a real experience in parenting. Lots of drama and various fluids.
We headed off to Target. Kate is counting now and she goes up to five easily. un, two, phree, or, fi!!! The car is her favorite place to show off her skills. She names everything she sees and their color. Both kids sat in the cart eating snacks while Mom and Dad enjoyed their lattes.
