Mama TV Off

Today we had lunch with Chris. On the way to pick him up, Kate fell asleep in her car seat. Sean just woke up from a nap before we left. We were planning on eating locally but when Chris saw his Princess sleeping he decided that we should have lunch in Mishawaka so that Kate could continue her nap. We arrived at the Star of India and Kate woke up. She ate a lot of crackers and Sean ate Cheerios while Chris and I dined on the Indian buffet and all of its wonderful flavors. The babies behaved very well and it was a very enjoyable dining experience!

We returned Chris to his office and came home. Kate was done napping and Sean showed no interest in sleep so we played and watched TV. We worked on Sean walking. Kate loves watching Sean try to walk. She laughs and laughs and Sean laughs and laughs and I laugh too. He is so proud of himself and he loves falling into Mommy. Kate can't get enough and yells "Walk Baby Walk". After we stop, Kate stands in front of me and pretends to be Sean and she falls into me laughing saying "walk baby". It was very adorable.

Chris worked hard at getting Sean to take a bottle tonight but the boy wouldn't give in. I took Kate into the family room to get her ready for bed. She was coloring on the floor and I had the TV on a show of no interest to Kate. Kate said "Mama, TV off!" Wow I felt a bit guilty for having it on while she wanted to play. I turned it off, we colored and read a book, brushed teeth and went to bed.
